Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nattangadi — operated by Shemrinics Technologies (India) Private Limited

Last updated: 5 August 2026 · Effective: 5 August 2026

Nattangadi is a marketplace. Goods are sold by the shop you order from, and rides and services are provided by independent drivers and service providers. This policy explains when you can cancel, what you may be charged, and how money is returned.

How payments work on Nattangadi. Most payments are made directly by you to the shop, driver or provider through UPI, or in cash on delivery where the shop allows it. Where a payment has been collected through our payment gateway, an approved refund is sent back to the same source (bank account, card or UPI ID) it came from.

1. Shop orders (goods and home delivery)

2. Auto-rickshaw and taxi rides

3. Goods vehicles (mini truck, pickup, lorry)

4. Wedding halls, turf grounds and event bookings

5. Workers and local services

6. How to cancel

Open the Nattangadi app → My orders / My bookings → select the order or booking → Cancel. You can also call the shop or driver from the same screen, or contact us (see Contact us).
