Nattangadi — Delete your account / അക്കൗണ്ട് ഒഴിവാക്കൽ

Delete it yourself, in the app / ആപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് തന്നെ

1. Open the Nattangadi app and log in.
2. Tap Profile (bottom-right) and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap "Delete my account" / "അക്കൗണ്ട് ഇല്ലാതാക്കുക" → I understand — continue.
4. Enter your MPIN and tap Delete for good.

The account is closed immediately. If an order, trip, delivery or a payment to Nattangadi is still in progress, the app tells you what to finish first.

Without the app / ആപ്പ് ഇല്ലാതെ

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Nattangadi account" and the mobile number you registered with. We verify the request with an OTP to that number and close the account within 7 days.

What is deleted / എന്തെല്ലാം നീങ്ങും

• Your profile (name, phone, photo, birth year, home location), saved delivery addresses, cart, notifications and device push tokens; identity documents and photos you uploaded as a driver, worker or provider; your login (the number can register a new account later).
• Shop / service listings you own are deactivated and removed from public view.

What is kept, and for how long / സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നവ

• Completed order, payment and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law (up to 8 years), no longer linked to a usable account.
• Records of fraud-prevention or safety actions may be retained where the law permits.
